4 Eyes Patisserie is a growing wholesale artisan bakery and patisserie, producing high- quality handcrafted pastries, cakes, sourdough breads, viennoiserie and innovative sweet treats. We supply a wide range of independent cafés, coffee shops and hospitality businesses, with a focus on exceptional products, creativity and consistency.
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketer & Content Creator to take ownership of our Instagram presence, showcase our products and help us reach new wholesale customers.
The main duties are as follows:
Content Creation
- Create engaging Instagram posts, Reels, Stories and other relevant content.
- Photograph and film our artisan bakery products, production processes and new launches.
- Edit photos and videos to a professional standard.
- Develop creative ideas that showcase our products and the people behind them.
- Write engaging captions that reflect our brand’s personality.
Instagram Management
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our Instagram account.
- Plan, create and schedule regular content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and manage relevant direct messages.
- Identify current social media trends and opportunities for creative content.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop strategies to grow our Instagram following and increase engagement.
- Help raise awareness of 4 Eyes Patisserie among independent cafés, coffee shops and hospitality businesses.
- Create content aimed at attracting new wholesale enquiries.
- Promote seasonal ranges, new products and special launches.
- Monitor Instagram performance and provide simple monthly updates on growth, reach, engagement and enquiries.
- Suggest fresh marketing ideas and ways to strengthen our online presence
Other Information
- Rate of Pay: £13.86 per hour
- Start Date: 1st December 2026
- Length of Contract: 6 months
- Location: Mostly remote, with occasional visits to our bakery in Staveley, Derbyshire. Applicants must be able to travel to the site as required.
- Working Hours: Part-time, 4-5 hours per week
