OpsAndTalentResearch is an early-stage research project focused on understanding how organisations approach hiring and how candidates experience the job search process. The current phase involves gathering insights from employers and jobseekers across different sectors to better understand recruitment challenges and opportunities for improvement.

This role will support a short-term market research project for an early-stage recruitment technology initiative. The project focuses on understanding employer hiring challenges and jobseeker experiences in the UK. The position will contribute through outreach, coordination, and general administrative research support.

The role offers practical experience in outreach, research coordination, and working directly with a founder on a real-world project. Support and supervision will be provided through direct reporting to the founder, with clear weekly priorities and ongoing guidance

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to employers and jobseekers using provided email and LinkedIn templates

• Follow up professionally to support interview participation

• Schedule interviews and manage basic calendar coordination

• Maintain a simple outreach and interview tracking spreadsheet

• Communicate progress clearly and reliably

All scripts, templates, and guidance will be provided.

 

Skills & Experience

• Strong written communication skills

• Comfortable using email and LinkedIn

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• Ability to follow structured instructions and scripts

• Confidence using Google Sheets or Excel

• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

• Ideal For Students studying business, marketing, HR, research methods, or related disciplines.

No prior recruitment experience is required.

 
Hours & Duration : Approx. 5–10 hours per week. This is a temporary role (2–4 weeks)
Working Location: Fully remote with flexible hours. 
 
Rate of Pay: £12.98 per hour
