A Forensic/Chemistry Science Support Technician is required to help with duties as instructed by the Senior Technician in the area.
What You Will be Doing:
- Maintaining equipment and glassware wash up
- Other duties and tasks involve supporting the Senior Technician on N8, practical set ups and during classes.
- Health and Safety documentation and training.
- Any other duties as specified by the Senior Technician
Candidate and Skills Requirements:
- Punctual and trustworthy.
- Knowledge of our labs and spaces and initiative is important in this role.

Knowledge of scientific techniques, laboratory equipment and maintenance.

Ablity to demonstrate techniques and support practical teaching sessions.
- Health and Safety and SOP writing knowledge.
Other Information:
Rate of Pay: £14.93 per hour
Working Hours: 9 hours per week (Sessions of 3hrs). Term time only Sept/October 2026-August 2027
Length of Contract: 10/11 months
